Materials & Applications
Cirexx uses TATSUTA’s AE3030 and CBF300 materials, which are copper pastes used as a conductive or non-conductive via hole fill material. The materials have very high thermal conductivity and are efficient in the construction of “thermal vias” in high heat applications.
